Hylophobia in Berlin

This past week, a few folks from Justseeds just put up an exhibition of our work alongside a selection of posters from German social movements at Neurotitan in Berlin. I couldn't be there in person, but I was there in (NTSC formatted DVD) spirit, as cohort Mary Tremonte projected a couple of my looped videos during the opening party while she DJ'd til the wee hours with DJ Captain Captain.

I love these blurred-out, rather haunting images from Hylophobia, perhaps particularly resonating with the idea that the bear is the symbol for Berlin...

(the original Slifers to come over to the U.S., who were German Mennonites, spelled it "Schliffer")
